I am Emi Fukahori, born in Japan, based in Switzerland and co-founded MAME in 2016. My specialty coffee journey started with championships back in 2015. I have been fascinated ever since about the world of coffee and people in this industry, really excited to get inspired and taste great coffees!

Andrea Allen

Andrea Allen is the Co-Founder of Onyx Coffee Lab, the 2020 US Barista Champion, and the 2021 World Barista Champion Runner Up. She is passionate about bringing people together through coffee, uniting every person along the supply chain, bridging gaps between generations, and creating space where great conversations can happen. Andrea also enjoys running, riding horses, and spending time with her husband and two daughters.

My name is Diego Campos, I am 32 years old and I have dedicated 13 years of my life to the wonderful world of coffee and I believe that it has been the best decision of my life, because thanks to coffee, I have managed to have a profession, a job and I do and work in what I like. Currently I am the world champion of baristas. I have my own coffee project, a farm called Diamante coffee farm located in the department of Huila - Colombia, a place where we can together with my wife materialize many dreams and continue learning and sharing coffee with the whole world.
Daniel Gerlach

I'm Daniel Gerlach, 34 years old and have been in the coffee scene for 14 years now. In 2020, I founded Seven Hills Coffee Roasters in Bavaria, Germany, with my colleague and friend Christian Ullrich. I have been working with the Astoria for over 12 years. It was my first machine at the German Latte Art Championships. In 2016, I went to the World of Coffee Championship in Shanghai and finished in the top 20. I am the current German Latte Art Champion and will represent Germany at the World of Coffee in Taipei Taiwan in November. As a chef in the patisserie, I was fascinated by the game of aromas and flavors, I still play this game, only with coffee.
